Location: Remote (Full-Time)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

To strengthen our growth, we are seeking a dynamic Client Acquisition Officer who can confidently engage with customers, handle incoming inquiries, and convert them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Sales

  • Respond to customer inquiries (live chat, support ticket, social media, and calls) with professionalism and persuasion.
  • Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Highlight product/service benefits and provide tailored recommendations to increase conversion rates.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute campaigns and meet sales targets.
  • Share customer insights, objections, and suggestions with the marketing team to improve strategies.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives, cross-sell, and up-sell where relevant.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain warm and professional communication to build trust and loyalty.
  • Ensure clear, accurate updates regarding services and processes.
  • Encourage clients to leave positive reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Facebook.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Track sales performance and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries handled, leads converted, and revenue contribution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to handle inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure while maintaining professionalism with frustrated or demanding clients.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, live chat, and social media platforms.
