WE ARE HIRING – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

As a member of Travel Rox, Inc., you will collaborate with our Customer Care, Visa Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to research, analyse, and develop new visa-service products and optimise our existing workflows. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong analytical ability and a “get-it-done” attitude.

Key Focus Areas

Market & Policy Research

• Monitor and analyse visa regulations, documentation requirements, and updates from embassies and governments around the world.
• Identify new countries or visa categories that we can add to our service portfolio.

Competitive & Product Analysis

• Study competitor pricing, service models, and turnaround times to help refine our offerings.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to shape new service packages, fee structure, and process improvements.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate databases of visa requirements, fee structures, vendor changes, and policy modifications.
• Prepare regular research reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications & Skills (Must Have)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for Business, International Relations, or similar).
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and online research tools.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the travel, immigration, or visa-processing industry (strong plus).
• Multilingual abilities to engage with diverse sources.
• Familiarity with government visa portals, international visa documentation systems, and global market trends.
