TravelRox is a U.S.-registered travel-tech company focused on simplifying international travel through visa services at evisas.com and regional travel platforms. We’re expanding rapidly and seeking a talented, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads) to own our paid search efforts.

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads), you will lead our Google PPC campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. You will manage significant advertising budgets and be accountable for delivering measurable ROI and revenue growth through Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
  • Create and manage campaign structures including ad groups, extensions, and targeting
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to improve landing page relevance and quality score
  • Build and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Develop detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and new PPC tactics

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving ROI, CTR, and Quality Score
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads interface, bidding strategies, and targeting
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video)
  • Experience in travel, eVisa, or international service industries
  • Basic knowledge of landing page design principles and CRO
  • Familiarity with remarketing and lookalike audiences
