Location: Remote (Bangladesh-Based)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (BD Time), Monday to Friday

Weekends: Saturday and Sunday

Holidays: All Bangladesh government holidays

About TravelRox:

TravelRox is an international travel-tech company focused on simplifying global visa processing through our platform evisas.com. We operate in multiple countries and process hundreds of visa applications weekly. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Accounting & Finance Officer to manage our financial operations, customer payment records, and expense reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily visa-related transactions in structured reports.
  • Monitor and track failed payments, initiate customer communication, and assist in resolution.
  • Review and approve vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Work on product pricing models including fee structures, cost analysis, and profitability.
  • Manage refund requests and payment disputes, coordinate with payment gateway support teams.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all business expenses (marketing, hosting, salaries, subscriptions, etc).
  • Generate monthly salary slips and coordinate with HR or management.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial summary reports for management.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Expert in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, conditional formatting, etc)
  • Proficient in online accounting platforms such as Xero
  • Strong understanding of online payment gateways (Stripe)
  • Experience in handling refunds and chargebacks professionally
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, transaction logging, and automation
  • Familiarity with website integration for payment tracking and financial sync
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem-solver

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

  • Basic understanding of visa service processes
  • Experience in remote collaboration tools like Slack
  • Experience working with international clients and currencies

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads), you will lead our Google PPC campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. You will manage significant advertising budgets and be accountable for delivering measurable ROI and revenue growth through Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing
  • Create and manage campaign structures including ad groups, extensions, and targeting
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to improve landing page relevance and quality score
  • Build and maintain conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Develop detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and new PPC tactics

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving ROI, CTR, and Quality Score
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads interface, bidding strategies, and targeting
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video)
  • Experience in travel, eVisa, or international service industries
  • Basic knowledge of landing page design principles and CRO
  • Familiarity with remarketing and lookalike audiences
