About Us:

TravelRox is a leading eVisa processing company, committed to delivering efficient and accessible travel solutions. We are expanding our digital presence across multiple languages and are looking for a Website Translation and Development Assistant to help us translate our websites and assist with various development tasks. This is a full-time remote role with the opportunity to work with an experienced team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate Website Content:
  • Use AI tools to translate all the website's pages into different languages.
  • Organize and compile the translated content in Google Docs for team review.
  • Work with experts to proofread and ensure content quality.
• Upload Translated Content to Websites:
  • Implement translations on the websites using the WordPress multilingual plugin and also Code HTML/CSS for Different Static Websites
• Assist in Development Tasks:
  • Occasionally support other development tasks related to the websites, including HTML and CSS modifications.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Previous experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with WPML or similar translation tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Ability to organize and manage large sets of data and documents efficiently.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Ability to translate content accurately and communicate effectively in English.
• Personal Traits:
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Must be proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Working Hours:

• Office Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM BD Time
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off (with all Bangladesh government holidays off).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: BDT 15,000 - 20,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
• Probation Period: 3 months (with the possibility of permanent employment and increment if performance is satisfactory).
• Annual Bonus: Applicable after permanent employment.
