To support our affiliate marketing efforts, we’re looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Affiliate Marketing Coordinator. You’ll work remotely with our global team and play a key role in growing our affiliate partner network and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our affiliate accounts, particularly on platforms like Awin
• Support affiliate onboarding by providing content, links, and promotional material
• Monitor performance data and produce weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure affiliates follow program terms and maintain brand consistency
• Communicate effectively with partners to build relationships and resolve issues
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share campaign updates and assets
• Coordinate with the finance team to track and facilitate affiliate payouts
• Research new affiliate channels and make suggestions for growth

Who You Are 

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships
• Solid working knowledge of platforms like Awin, ShareASale, Impact, or similar
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset with ability to work in Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Proactive and organized with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fully remote team environment

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in the travel industry or e-commerce
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic SEO
