Customer Relationship
- Maintain professional communication with applicants.
- Provide clear guidance to ensure documents are correctly submitted.
Personal Evolution
- Develop expertise in international visa procedures.
- Build cross-departmental collaboration skills.
Autonomy
- Take responsibility for managing applications from start to finish.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing without close supervision.
Administrative Work
- Maintain accurate records in website portals and Google Sheets.
- Track application status and outcomes consistently.
Technical Expertise
- Navigate government portals and vendor platforms.
- Validate application data with passports and other supporting documents.
Responsibilities
- Inspect visa applications and verify the accuracy of applicant information.
- Identify and request missing or incorrect documents from applicants.
- Collect, organize, and prepare complete files for processing.
- Submit applications to government portals or vendors.
- Track application outcomes and deliver results to customers.
- Maintain detailed internal reports and records for compliance.
Must Have
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preference for Business/Administration).
- Must have excellent proficiency in the English language along with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in visa processing, immigration, or the travel industry (will get more preference).
- Multilingual abilities to interact with diverse customers.
- Strong customer service orientation in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with government portals and documentation systems.
