About Us:

TravelRox is an eVisa processing company dedicated to making international travel seamless. We specialize in providing hassle-free visa solutions, and as we scale, we are looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategist & Executor to build, lead, and execute our marketing efforts across multiple strategies that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    Create multiple marketing strategies tailored to different channels and target segments to grow our user base and eVisa sales.
  • Task Planning & Execution Blueprint:
    Identify the key tasks required under each strategy and define how those tasks should be executed effectively.
  • Execution Guidance:
    Provide direction and guidance to team member/s responsible for implementing campaigns, especially during the initial stages of rollout. Execute the first trial to guide the team member/s further.
  • Performance Monitoring & Strategy Follow-Up:
    Regularly track the performance of each strategy, analyze results, and conduct follow-ups to ensure continued progress.
  • Contingency Planning (Plan B):
    Be prepared to shift to alternate plans when necessary, with clear documentation of what didn’t work and why.
  • ROI Accountability:
    Deliver targeted returns from each marketing effort. Consistent underperformance without justified cause may lead to termination.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing consultancy roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Ability to develop high-level strategy and also support task-level planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the travel, visa, or service industry is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working remotely.

Compensation:

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (Hourly based).

Growth Potential: If performance is strong, we will consider transitioning to a full-time role.
