TravelRox Inc. is a U.S.-registered travel-tech company operating eVisas.com, a global platform simplifying international visa applications. We are rapidly expanding into multiple countries and seeking a Sales Strategy Manager to lead our sales growth initiatives, design winning strategies, and ensure measurable revenue results.
Role Overview
The Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring sales strategies that drive revenue growth for our eVisa services. This person will oversee the sales process from strategy to execution, guide team members, and ensure targets are consistently achieved. The role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multiple sales strategies (B2C, B2B, partnerships, affiliate sales) to increase revenue.
- Break down strategies into actionable tasks and assign to the sales team.
- Guide and mentor Sales Executives to execute strategies effectively.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI across all channels.
- Evaluate results, adjust or switch to alternative strategies (Plan B) when needed.
- Regularly conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead generation supports sales goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure the company’s revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Be directly accountable for sales outcomes — failure to achieve targets will result in review and possible termination.

- Revenue growth % (monthly & quarterly)
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Cost of acquisition vs. customer lifetime value
- Number of B2B partnerships/affiliate deals closed
- Team performance metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or growth leadership.
- Proven success in online services, travel-tech, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels (B2C & B2B).
- Experience managing and guiding small sales teams.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English proficiency a must).
- Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work remotely, independently, and deliver results under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the travel or visa industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Knowledge of affiliate sales models and reseller partnerships.
- Multi-language ability is a plus.
