Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Attend to live chat and email tickets promptly and professionally.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Collaboration:
- Track visa progress and keep customers informed.
- Work closely with the Visa Processing and Accounts teams to ensure seamless service.
- Knowledge Base Development:
- Create pre-written answers for FAQs and maintain a knowledge base for the support system and live chat.
- Customer Feedback & Reviews:
- Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and Facebook.
- Respond to social media comments and review feedback in a professional manner.
- Sales Support:
- Use convincing skills to convert inquiries into sales, with a commission paid on successful conversions.
- Reporting & Accountability:
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and resolved issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong convincing power and ability to handle frustrated or angry clients calmly.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficient in handling live chat, email systems, and social media platforms.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent reporting skills.
- Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus.
