Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Attend to live chat and email tickets promptly and professionally.
    • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers.
    • Address customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
  2. Collaboration:
    • Track visa progress and keep customers informed.
    • Work closely with the Visa Processing and Accounts teams to ensure seamless service.
  3. Knowledge Base Development:
    • Create pre-written answers for FAQs and maintain a knowledge base for the support system and live chat.
  4. Customer Feedback & Reviews:
    • Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and Facebook.
    • Respond to social media comments and review feedback in a professional manner.
  5. Sales Support:
    • Use convincing skills to convert inquiries into sales, with a commission paid on successful conversions.
  6. Reporting & Accountability:
    • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and resolved issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong convincing power and ability to handle frustrated or angry clients calmly.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proficient in handling live chat, email systems, and social media platforms.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus.
