TravelRox is a fast-growing travel-tech company simplifying global visa processing through our platform, evisas.com. As we grow our digital presence, we’re seeking a Content Outreach Specialist to help us promote our brand in relevant online communities and assist in collecting and posting reviews.
Job Overview:
As a Content Outreach Specialist, you will represent TravelRox across forums, Facebook groups, and online communities. You’ll also be responsible for engaging with users, responding to travel-related discussions, and managing review collection across platforms like Trustpilot, Google, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and engage regularly in travel-related forums, Facebook groups, Reddit, Quora, and similar communities.
- Respond to relevant discussions and questions to promote evisas.com in an authentic, helpful manner.
- Share blog articles, travel guides, and relevant content where appropriate.
- Collect, organize, and post customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Facebook.
- Monitor community feedback, respond to comments when needed, and escalate concerns if required.
- Maintain outreach and activity logs using Google Sheets or other tools.
- Submit weekly reports on outreach progress, reviews collected, and overall engagement.
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience participating in forums, social groups, or community discussions (e.g., Reddit, Facebook, Quora).
- Comfortable interacting with users and representing a brand in public forums.
- Strong organizational skills, especially with Google Docs and Sheets.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with review collection or community engagement.
- Background or interest in the travel industry.
- Familiarity with review platforms such as Trustpilot or Google Reviews.
