As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our offerings, we are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in forging strategic partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators across the globe, spearheading our email marketing efforts, and elevating our brand image.
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other relevant stakeholders in different countries.
Conduct market research to pinpoint potential partnership opportunities and understand regional travel trends.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and financial objectives.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication and collaborative initiatives.
Design and execute weekly email marketing campaigns to engage with partners, promote our offerings, and highlight destination packages.
Utilize segmentation, personalization, and analytics to increase the effectiveness of email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Brand Image Enhancement:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our brand image and visibility in the travel industry.
Leverage social media and other digital platforms to increase brand awareness and attract new partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role within the travel industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and analytics.
Ability to travel internationally to meet potential partners and attend industry events.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute plans effectively.
